Terminator Salvation (PG-13 and R versions): Christian Bale's on-set hissy fit got mountains of attention, but the real star of this film is Sam Worthington, playing a man who wakes up from suspended animation in the halfway point of a futuristic war. Bale plays the brooding leader of the resistance. The film fails to capture the liveliness of the first three Terminator films, though there is one terrific battle sequence that harkens back to the first film in a surprising way.

The Blu-ray version is manipulative with bonus material, including a longer director's cut and a "Maximum Movie Mode" in which director McG provides worldwide video commentary.

Paper Heart (PG-13): Charlyne Yi and Michael Cera star in this quirky, charming mix of documentary and comedy-dramatic art, about a young woman who travels the country making a documentary about the subject of love and trying to person out what all the hoopla is about.
