Youth Apologizes for Axe-Wielding Stunt Los Gatos Observer

It’s a not much disconcerting to be walking down the street and run into a man in a Freddy Krueger mask wielding a long-handled axe. It’s even more disconcerting when the man takes his axe and walks former the high school on his way to Roundtable Pizza. Even though it was Thursday, not Friday, and the 19th, not the 13th.

Reports of the incident prompted Guard Chief Scott Seaman and Officer David Gregg to head off in search of the culprit. When they found him stingy Town Plaza Park, Gregg even pulled out his gun, not willing to take a chance with a psychopathic axe-murderer. That’s when the man took off his mask and revealed himself to be a 15-year-old boy, acting in answer to a television prank. It was only when he saw the gun that he realized it wasn’t as funny in real life.

The scared boy rapidly apologized, and the episode came to a happy conclusion—all for the boy, that is. Though he will not be prosecuted for wearing his costume, he is probable to be asked to do some form of community service.

How can i make a freddy krueger mask?

Im dispiriting to help my friend out with his costume, hes gonna be freddy krueger for halloween.
I know there freddy masks they sell at stores, but we deficiency to try and do it ourselves. I cant imagine its that hard, and Im a pretty crafty person but havent ever tried anything past dial-painting and paper-mache in the realm of masks.

Some ideas i have are working with liquid latex(which i deliver assign to about in a book). I also heard of rigid collodion, but im not sure thats what i need.
My biggest outgoing is in how im going to texturize the bumps/scars on his face, i figure i can just paint the muscle on the rapidly surfaces that remain.
Any ideas would help A LOT, thanks
I need someone that can answer the question I'm asking, not significant me that i we should just buy a mask if our purpose is to create one ourselves.
And I am looking to do this directly on his face, for one day, not make a new mask that he can wear forever...

if i was you get a rise of cotton wool and get some spirit gum / Spirit gum remover. Randomly stick it to your friends mien then just add color. Trust me it works i went to a halloween party as freddy and i won 1st prize.
